RackLift®, a BIAC Broadband Company

Applications

Built for the aisle. Not the warehouse.

A general-purpose stacker will mark tiles, miss the insertion height, and fail a two-tile spin. These are the rooms RackLift® is specified for.

RackLift cabinet lift under a server cabinet

Hyperscale & colo

Live cabinets, containment aisles, and raised floors that punish the wrong tool.

A warehouse stacker does not belong in a cold aisle. RackLift® device and cabinet movers are sized for two-tile aisles, non-marking on tiles, and built so one technician can land a switch or roll a populated rack without a four-person crew.

RackLift lift at a container data center doorway

Container & modular PODs

Low doorways. Non-standard RU. No room for a conventional lift.

The RL600C is built to the doorway you have. Edge PODs, prefabricated halls, and modular plants get a lift that actually fits, then reaches the cabinet on the other side of that door.

RackLift battery lift at an energy storage container

Battery energy storage

Forty-foot containers, gravel yards, 350 lb modules.

The RL600CB BAT is aluminum, 114 inches, and shod for the yard. Strap the module, winch it (or put a drill on the winch), and keep battery changeouts a one-person procedure.

RackLift cabinet lift for CRAC and UPS equipment

CRAC, UPS & cooling units

If it sits on a raised floor and weighs thousands of pounds, we lift it.

Cabinet lifters are not only for IT racks. HVAC, UPS, and cooling plants move on the same cabinet-lift geometry, rated 5,000 lb standard, 6,000 lb with optional stainless upgrade, with optional shoes when the footprint is not a standard 19-inch cabinet.
